Introduction
Effective date: April 13, 2026, for all users.
We are committed to respecting and protecting each individual’s privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Lunar Quest collects, uses, discloses, or shares information about end users (“you” or “your”) through our website and any products or services we offer (collectively, the “Services”), whether you access them directly or through a third party.
Except as specifically described below, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by other companies, or third-party websites or apps, even if they are linked to or reachable through the Services.
We collect information when you (i) visit our website; (ii) view or interact with advertisements served through our advertising partners; or (iii) interact with platforms, applications, or services provided by our business partners.
Where applicable under law, your use of the Services constitutes consent to our practices described here. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this site. Please review it regularly. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance where the law allows.

1. What We Collect
We may collect, transmit, store, and process information about you in connection with your use of the Services to provide functionality, fulfill requests, improve quality, analyze usage, personalize experience, display relevant advertising, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Information you provide may include name, gender, date of birth, ID numbers where permitted, address, phone, email, occupation, education, work experience, and similar details when you choose to submit them.
Passive information may include browser type and user agent, IP address, device type, advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA, GAID), interaction with ads (views, clicks), other device identifiers, pages visited, and session length, collected via IP address, cookies, tags, and similar technologies.
We use cookies to collect certain technical information about access times and devices. Such data is often used to optimize performance and may not identify you individually.
We may also receive information from third-party partners that provide services to us or work with us commercially.
2. How We Use Information
We use information—including personal information—to operate the Services, improve our and our partners’ offerings, compile aggregate statistics, help prevent misuse, handle accounts and support, respond to legal requests, and as described in our Terms.
We may use device-related information to deliver and measure advertising, including interest-based ads, bidding, campaign reporting across devices we reasonably associate with the same user, and to build audience segments for partners.
Legal basis: Where required, we process personal information only when we have an appropriate legal basis, such as legitimate interests (e.g. fraud reduction, verifying ad delivery), contract, consent, or legal obligation. You may contact us for more detail about balancing tests where applicable.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information with business partners (publishers, advertisers, marketing and data partners, service providers including IT, fraud prevention, payments, and customer support), and with subsidiaries and affiliates, to provide the Services.
- Advertisers, to verify promotions and measure campaigns;
- Attribution or analytics partners (e.g. industry-standard vendors) for measurement and fraud detection;
- Government or regulators when required by law.
We may also disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect our or others’ rights; protect safety; or respond to emergencies. We may transfer information in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale. Service providers may access information only as needed to support our operations.
International transfers: We may operate globally. Your information may be stored or processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms permitted by law).
4. How We Protect Information
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. How Long We Keep Information
We retain information as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy and as required by law. We may retain longer where necessary for disputes, complaints, or potential litigation. We may use de-identified or aggregated data for analytics and compliance.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
EU / UK: Rights under applicable GDPR / UK GDPR include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (including to direct marketing), and information about international transfers. Contact us to exercise these rights.
California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may have rights to know categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, to delete, to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as defined by law, and not to be discriminated against for exercising rights. To submit a request, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity before responding.
California’s “Shine the Light” law: you may request information about certain disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing. Contact us at the same address.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit. Cookies are small files stored on your device; they cannot run programs or deliver viruses by themselves.
- Essential / processes — make the Services work as expected;
- Security & compliance — help prevent fraud and meet legal requirements;
- Preferences — remember your settings;
- Notifications — optional notices about features;
- Advertising — more relevant ads for users and partners;
- Analytics — understand how the Services are used.
You can control cookies through your browser; blocking cookies may limit some features. Changing cookie settings does not necessarily block all ads.
8. Children
We follow applicable age and child-privacy requirements and do not knowingly collect personal information from children inappropriately. If we need to process a child’s information, we will seek parental or guardian consent where required.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information without proper consent, contact [email protected]. We will take steps to delete such information where appropriate.
9. Marketing & Opt-Out
We may send marketing about products or services we believe are relevant. You can opt out of email marketing via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.
On mobile devices, you can limit interest-based advertising in system settings (e.g. Apple: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising; Android: Google Settings → Ads). Opting out limits interest-based use of identifiers but may not stop all ads.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common industry standard for how to respond; our Services do not currently respond to DNT signals.
11. Third-Party Sites
Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ policies, not this one. Game or engine providers (e.g. Unity) may have their own privacy terms; our agreements with vendors limit how they collect and use data in connection with our Services.
